Bless me father for I have sinned, I have dwelt with Soft Cell and taken from Marc’s hits. I have neglected his solo career, and what a career it has been. This new album, being the latest addition to an illustrious back catalogue. Decadently luxurious, glamorous but with a tear in its eye as it looks back over a life of excess, each song glints like a sequin caught in the moonlight. And glam-rock is the buzzword here as the ghost of Ziggy is never far from hand.
