It's sort of like demented retro-video-game or circus/carnival music, with high-pitched childlike singing produced by a Vocaloid, a singing speech synthesizer that Yamaha used to make mostly for the Japanese market. It's difficult to imagine playing this for any purpose other than to annoy your neighbors, but you have to admire the sheer chutzpah behind it. And let's face it, your neighbors probably deserve it.
