Wild Bill Davison was a notorious womanizer and alcohol fueled "Wild man" hence the moniker. He was also an accomplished Trumpet player, whose career lasted longer than 60 years. This compilation traces Davison's recordings of the year 1947. Released in Mono on German label TIM The International Music Company AG (Cat#: 220388-203) in 2002, this is a rare compilation filled with outstanding performances. Authenticated on discogs.com
