I appreciate your love for the 2000s, a musical decade that tends to get overlooked and disparaged by rock critics who seem to think rock and roll ended with the inauguration of Margaret Thatcher in 1979 (I'm tempted to use João Figueiredo in your native Brazil, but I think he was quite a different animal). I think there was a lot of great music in the 2000s, starting with Funeral (I know everyone loves that album, but it's for good reason), Illinois, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and The Reminder, among many of your other selections. Great work here!
