This is an album you pick if you can only listen to one album for the rest of your life. It paints portraits in the back of your mind and places you in each one with fervor and longing.
Stuck Inside of Lexicon with the Roget's Thesaurus Blues Again – John Lennon says its too obscure but Dylan plays it like your walking through a town street in where chaos is clear and its up to you how deep you want to go. Oh! Mama!! [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

Remember what I said about an album that you could live too, this is one of em. Here 4 artists are bursting from their creative seams and seem to be throwing everything at the wall and everything they throw sticks.
Happiness Is A Warm Gun – A pocket pop record that’s cryptic and collective that in 2:44 blows my hair back every time. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

This album does what everyone says it does, its experimental and artistic and pushes the listener with electronics and ambience. But the albums dear to me because it’s “beautifully colorful like light in a glass”, which is the best I can to describe it.
Be My Wife – Plays the tight rope in Low, but sings to me as Bowie’s voice does so well. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

This album haunts, draws and holds on to you with emotion and sentiment. It is the most honest concept album imo it bleeds and seethes. I saw them live last winter in Toronto and the atmosphere of the album translates even among a few hundred frozen Canadians all singing with roses in their eyes.
Two-Headed Boy, Pt 2 – Sums up and closes the album with the sounds of leaving. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

An album that’s so avant-garde it carries itself with an air of industrial noise, earthy dirt and humane decay that all shines through with purity and a flawed light that’s only found in humanities paradox.
Sister Ray – Raw and playful it stutters and distorts to a side of life that just cuts me up. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

Brian WIlson and the Beach Boys piece together the quintessential pop album which still doesn't say enough about the work. Harmonious and full of life the album brings emotion and admiration to the listener. For me its like a ray of sunshine, warm with tracks such as:
God Only Knows - Sung with sheer sincerity by Carl Wilson and crafted with almost heavenly production. Complete Genius. [First added to this chart: 09/26/2014]

Posthumous compilation album that shows how ethereal Nick Drake was in his timeless singing and songwriting. The album still feels whole and is floated so high by Drakes arrangements it acts a will-o-the-wisp.
Black Eyed Dog – A sparse and bare-boned song that whispers to you like a breeze through a corner alley. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

Futuristic and yet so human this album is a wonder to me in that it reflects and reverberates in my head after each song. One of the most fulfilled and realized albums an that’s following OK.
Motion Picture Soundtrack – A tune that quietly screams the thoughts of anyone that's maybe, a little crazy. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

Another posthumous album that’s a swan song of what ifs, offering an expanded sound that compliments the ever-present lyrics and vocals of Elliott Smith.
Kings Crossings – A song that’s climate explores and explodes with a fire of wordplay. It’s honest and cynical but heartfelt tune that needles you reminding me of Dylan. Don’t let me be carried away. [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

“It was the sound of Miles Davis and Teo Macero feeling their way down an unlit hall at three in the morning” – Phil Freeman. A fusion album that has you listen for it and reply to it.
In a Silent Way"/"It's About That Time – An otherworldly sound that feels fresh each time you hear it and subtle with the way it expresses itself [First added to this chart: 09/25/2014]

Great chart! I really like the variety of music, and the descripcions are also nice. Keep Going! The position to A Saucerful is perfect, is a pity that here it is so underrated.
