Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. Good list but i could never get into Resistance, always preferred origins and Absolution, just seemed less OTT and pretentious

Amazing chart! Great choices, almost all of these, and though you have only 10 albums on this chart, we already have 4 in common and 2 more, I suspect, may appear on my chart if it was expanded! By the way, "Tomorrow Never Knows" is my favorite song of all time. Just sayin' XD

What the hell man?! Grow up...seriously. You can't manage to put more than 8 albums on a chart yet you feel entitled to give out 5's?? For God's sake, I have a quarter of your chart in my top 50!! Haha...good job though
