Pretty cool album. My 3rd favourite for The Strokes. I feel like it influenced much of the more experimental/electronic rock in the past 7 years like Tame Impala and obviously The Voidz.

The second part of the album starts to get boring and more of the same.

After I heard the first 5 songs I was floored. I was sure we were in for The Strokes second masterpiece album. Then the second half of it starts and it brings it down a notch.

Under the Cover of Darkness is the best Strokes song.

Maccu Pichu is so damn good.

I like the new sound of what comes after for a couple songs. And then they are out of ideas. Damn

Again, this band is so good that nothing here is truly bad. It's just so frustrating because I want to make them out to be a master band and I just can't do it. They are really really good though.

The highlights are extreme highs. This is the 3rd best Strokes album.

Pretty average album, disappointing for their standards. Starts off superbly though

Starts off very strong with my favorite (if not one of) strokes track. The intro to this album is perfect, wish they did the rest of it the same way though. All of the other songs sound very sub par from a band i expected much more from. Still I am not disappointed.
