The cheesy decade: seriousness was a sin, and the internet was being used for only the wrong reasons. As a reviewer of art, I am not here to judge morally, but aesthetically. I have to follow the culture and guide future generations through what this decade was, what it really was, not what I wanted it to be. That's why this might be my most controversial chart.

First three are 10/10, 4-13 are 9/10, and the rest are 8/10, and the only ones of the decade that are.
