"Possibly the greatest live album of all time? This album is certainly a candidate! Judy is one of my favorite female singers of the 20th century, and I feel as though unlike many singers, her vocal prowess grew as she aged. Sadly, this was to be her last crowing moment before she was taken away f..."  [+]  Reply

"One of the greatest improvisational jams ever recorded. Just 3 songs, pretty basic rhythms and harmonies that let Eric Dolphy do some of his better moves. The solos are crazy and the comping by Mal Waldron is something to behold. Ed Blackweel is as solid as ever."  Reply

"Groundbreaking in Its time! The Fender Stratocaster- revolution. Perhaps a little dated, but still interesting and enjoyable listening! The production here is much better than what most of the english popscene produced later in the middle of the sixties!"  Reply

"Although Elvis' film selections were questionable at this time in his life, this album contains the one song that matters. "Can't Help Falling in Love". He may not have made all the right moves in his film career, but his music always stood up as classic, and this is no exception."  Reply

"Being a biligual Belgian this album is full of meaning to me. 'Marieke' still moves me as much as the first time I heard it and invariably brings up feelings of melancholy and loss mixed with a deep sense of roots while living in two different worlds."  Reply
