"A true beauty of a psychedelic album, showcasing plenty of sitar and even classical elements like on 'Legend of a Girl Called Linda'. 'Season of the Witch' is a true psychedelic classic, often referred to as one of one of the most highly regarded psychedelic classics of the sixties. I particularl..."  [+]  Reply

"This album is one ugly beast. I hated it when I first heard it. It's a heck of a lot darker than anything else The Flaming Lips have put out, but they pull it off SO WELL! Very krautrock/noise-rock influenced. It's also surprisingly their funniest lyrically."  Reply

"I really like this a lot for its darkness. However I can understand why more ppl prefer Treasure and Heaven or Las Vegas, me myself included. I can't really tell which one of the three I love more. It just depends on the everyday mood I'm in. Treasure is more like a dark and gloomy dream with hop..."  [+]  Reply

"The Chemical Brothers doing what The Chemical Brothers do best – melodic, collaboration-heavy, big beat anthems. Dance music for the living room as well as the discotheque. Rating: Brilliant Best track: Hey Boy Hey Girl"  Reply

"Really starting to warm up to this record more-so than Bitte Orca. Whilst Longstreth retains his seemingly throat-straining vocals and the background female harmonies remain, Swing Lo Magellan differs much from it's predecessor in the sense that it sounds as though the band aren't focusing too he..."  [+]  Reply

"If no their best, certainly Slayer's most representative work. War Ensemble is as furious as anything on Reign in Blood, while Dead Skin Mask and Expendable Youth showcase more of the toned down style featured on south of Heaven. A must have for serious metal fans."  Reply
