"Good alternative rock album. Best 10 songs average is 82,3/100 and the album can get good 80/100. Best songs are "Feather Pluckn", "Lump" and "Dune Buggy" all 85/100. All other songs average/only just good 70-80/100." Reply

"82-87 isn't 5 years, it's 6 years, count them. 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87. so it's 8 records full of "noisy trash-songs" in SIX years! it's interesting though how the lowest rating comes from a guy who comments like that, you know this must be good stuff! "This is one of those albums where upon listening, it’s obvious how many similar bands were formed in its wake. They perfected the heavy, shoegaze-y sound here. Chino Moreno is a big fan and with good reason. Just a really solid album." Reply
"Wonderful singles 'Take A Bow' and 'Secret' but a bit weak NON-single material. Among non-single tracks I adore 'Forbidden Love' (should've been a single). 'Survival' and 'Don't Stop' are good though" Reply
"A wonderful album but perhaps a little dated now. Pentangle were very much a band of their time. I remember seeing them perform most of the songs from it live at Brighton Dome. I visited Bert Jansch's grave at Highgate Cemetery recently." Reply
