"Certainly not for everyone, but for people who like metal, this is an absolute classic. These are some of the catchiest death metal songs ever written. The riffs are so unique sounding, and the vocals are more high pitched than your typical death metal vocalist, it kind of sounds like a demon is ..."  [+]  Reply

"Love first album from 1966 has often been overlooked because of the extraordinary greatness of the two following albums "Da Capo" and "Forever Changes". The general sound on the album is rougher than on the following albums. But the album is actually a fine mixture of hard-rocking tunes and melod..."  [+]  Reply

"a pop masterpiece. i found it really hard to listen to it beyond Hollaback Girl because the first three songs are total killers and the other can sound like filler. But not at all. My favourites is Luxurious and the first three. Special mention to A Long Way To Go, i found it really interesting."  Reply

"The best was yet to come, but this isn’t a bad metal record by any means. All the Rob Halford style screeching that Tom was doing felt a little forced and awkward, but the tunes are fun head banging, genre pushing heart pounders."  Reply

Comments:
"Musically creative with rich layers of synth and percussion. The best parts are when they get into a nice groove with the beats and synth loops, as on "Impact". It can become trance inducing with the extended tracks. Then some parts get a bit too repetitive for too long. And it could have used mo..."  [+]  Reply

"Wow! This album is actually really impressive. It's playful and super creative. The song "The Story of Hip Hop" really sums up all the greatest qualities of this whole album-it's upbeat and well produced and really it's own genre. It's the books at their best. And right at the end of that track y..."  [+]  Reply
