"Varg is a mastermind of this genre. This is arguably one of the best black metal records ever made. It's chaotic, depressing and dark... but also peaceful at the same time, great to relax to." Reply
"All perfectly serviceable songs, no real lows, but the main problem with the album is that there isn’t a really brilliant song on here that blows your socks off. The closest to brilliance here would be the opener and the closer which are both great." Reply
"Solid psychedelic rock. “I Got a Line on You” is one of the great songs of the era—of any era." Reply
"Dream theater are back! The best of both worlds here; their patented intricacy and technically brilliant musicianship on full display, but without being a two hour epic it's still more digestible. "Fantastic electro-piano mix. This is actually a live album, so watch a video of a Nils performance for some context." Reply
"The most mature and even album of Pain of Salvation" Reply
"Already Gone is the best song ever made with cheesy lyrics. Best of My Love, Ol' 55, and the title track are all classics as well." Reply

"This album is part of my personal top 100 (which you can check out here) and normally I tried to include regular albums but sorry, here I had to choose a Greatest Hits album because none of the regular albums really stand out (maybe apart from 'The Kick Inside") and in reality Kate Bush's career ..." "i prefer their upbeat stuff, so this was a slight disappointment. Now, the slower-tempo'd songs are still catchy with multiple choruses, but they're just not the toe tappers like from the previous 3 albums. But you wouldn't know it from opener "my rights versus yours" which has a slow build, but ..." [+] Reply
