"What song was it where Eminem said artists go downhill after the age of 30? He released the solid "eminem show" in 2002, two years after the colossal "marshal mathers lp". While "eminem show" wasn't as huge in content and popularity, the quick-witted and master-of-headworms still seemed on top of..."  [+]  Reply

""The Apples in Stereo" make music with pop appeal. Layered with vocoders, disco strings, wacky synths, and pulsing dancefloor beats that have been blended into their bubblegum indie sound, this album's complex layers still digested easily. Increasingly more synthisized than previous releases and ..."  [+]  Reply

"Happy to see this little hidden gem here. Normally when people mention Steve Earle they'll talk about Guitar Town or Copperhead Road. This might just be his best though, wielding tracks like Mercenary Song, Tom Ames' Prayer, and Angel Is the Devil. Good choice!"  Reply

"This is not your run of the mill disco album. In fact this is a electronica ambiance concept Album about a love affair and how it evolves over time like the 4 seasons. Also.. it served as a great background for the real thing. For those who cringe at such an album ... check some of it out on Yout..."  [+]  Reply

"This album is just so...strange. It's absurd and messy. But when I listen to it, I have this weird urge to keep on listening to see what happens next. I would say it's similar to something that you'd find on Adult Swim, maybe like 12 oz. Mouse: the quality is far from polished, nothing seems to m..."  [+]  Reply

"Not as well known as "Acabou Chorare", from the previous year, but it's pretty similar _ so, it's another wonderful record from this hippie commune that mixed samba and hard rock, here still at their peak. Excellent musicianship with a poetic worldview. Very unique."  Reply

"This, the American version of their first album, differs to the U.K. version in so much as it replaces, Mona, with, not fade away. The majority of the songs are covers including the raw sexuality of, I just want to make love to you, and, I'm a king bee. There's a few originals in there the best b..."  [+]  Reply
