Brilliant, nostalgic list. As said elsewhere, if you can add a separate one track per artist chart version, that would also be interesting.

This is a pretty great chart, I just almost wish it had had 1 album/artist as a rule to expose some more artists. Still, can't disagree with much here, little nitpicky things for the most part (ie which Twilight Sad albums deserve it). Glad to see someone else loves White Lies.
Oh, and you ought to check out the French electric, Hot Hot Heat, IAMX, The Presets, Bombay Bicycle Club, I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness, Hard-FI, Cool Kids of Death, Have a Nice Life, Death from Above 1979, (earlier) Liars, Foals, !!!, The Virgins, Erase Errata, and probably a bunch of others I'm forgetting. There's some stuff here I'll have to check out too, thanks!
