I don't know what it is about this picture but out of all the albums that takes me back to the 2021 time of intense listening to newly releases, this one gets it the best. Not only that, but there's something about the colored buildings and the neighborhood that reminds me of a comfortable level in the Backrooms, like, the house looks empty but also some place you could run into and make your new lovely home.

There is intimacy in this picture yet it's also very atmospheric, hence the starlit sky. Her dresses adds a romance, and combine it with the feel of the music, it's like a capture of a lovely nostalgic dream.

Despite my infamous hate on this woman, I really love this album cover. One thing is the quirky font, and its vertical, another thing is Amala's glorious smile, but mostly the space elements have a cyberpunk and dreamy character to it, that I find rather astonishing. Shout out to David LaChappelle for a cool one.
