Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah is the "album" featured in the NPR list. Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah is an EP by Bikini Kill which was released on the same album as Our Troubled Youth by British band Huggy Bear (also a feminist-driven band), with Huggy Bear's portion on side 2 and Bikini Kill's on side 1.
Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah can also be found on the 1994 compilation The C.D. Version of the First Two Records, which also includes Bikini Kill's 1992 self-titled EP.
I opted to include the Bikini Kill/Huggy Bear album rather than the compilation, since NPR's list mentions Huggy Bear despite the entry only being for Bikini Kill. Both are worth listening to.
