Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. This gets kind of written off, quite unfairly. It's the most straight ahead folk that they put out and it's charming. It's the one by them I check the most. It does sound a bit like Dylan or Donovan in places. Though Dylan did praise the record at the time.
Some fine songs on here, October Song is beautiful, despite sounding more traditional than the other albums the lyrics are still very outlandish. Also has jigs played on Banjo and whistle. "Not chasing a hope or a dream or a plan and I'm not even chasing the sunset"
