Top 20 Greatest Music Albums

My chart is based on three main criteria:
1. The originality and quality of the music. This obviously puts the Beatles way ahead of most of the competition.
2. The influence that individual albums had on future generations of musicians. This gives the likes of the pistols and nirvana a head start.
3. Relevance. Are these albums still relevant today? Personally, I think this applies to most of the albums in there but excludes some works that were great at the time but do not exert a huge influence on music today e.g. Trout Mask Replica by Captain Beefheart.
In some cases I have given greater weight to one category over another for exceptional circumstances.
