I'll agree with the comment about St. Vincent. That's one of the best offering from the century, so far. It's definitely a chart from someone declaring their own tastes...very individualistic.

Hmmm... I appreciate the uniqueness of this chart. I'm not sure how to rate it though. There are a bunch I disagree with, a handful I very much agree with, but also a bunch I haven't heard. Have you met an outlaw yet? He's another Manic Street Preachers fan.
