Who said that we can't put a brand new record on here? When it's worth it is fair.
This mantric trip is amazing and those guys made an epic record, so hard to find nowadays. Is like a dimentional getaway with such good vibes that I couldn't wait to release it after. Could easily be part of the TOP #100 albums in BEA, and maybe someday it will.
For those who don't know The War On Drugs yet, the best way to describe their sound that I could find is : A mix of U2 and Dire Straits, with a pinch of Bob Dylan. Got the image? Now go and set a side an hour to listen to this. More and more that you hear it, more you'll love it.

What could I say about the greatest pop-rock album of all time? None. But surely when I put " Pop " on that, I'm saying about it's popularity, " The well known " album, not as only pop music. But o yeah, It CAN BE that too...
Sargent Pepper mean so much to me and for so many people around the globe, that I really could be on #1 spot at my list. Just a matter of choice or moment, I've decided to choose Abbey Road to the number one place.
To understand this album, you may have to open something in your mind, if you know what mean…
And I don't mean drugs, which I really don't encourage you to do, but really open space, to dedicate time and will, increase your level of attention, be calm, and let it roll from the beginning to end. Then, repeat 10 times that, and you're done. You've accessed Sgt. Peppers!
The four genius ( as I like to describe sometimes ) never were so experimental and unique. The've tested every kind of sound they liked to use and got something magic out of it!
In my opinion, this is a MUST HAVE album in EVERY LIST. DONE.

Wow. Could Oasis, a great inspirational band in my early days, when I was a kid, be out of my top 10 list? No! For sure, No!
Haha, Let's start dancing, jumping and singin folks, cause i cannot keep it quiet listening this masterpiece album! This is not just the greatest album made in England in the last 20 years, is a PURE and GENUINE BRIT Rock and Roll diamond!
Oasis market me so much, theirs lyrics and melody made me the music fanatic that I am, when i bought my first album when i was 11 years old in a trip to United States. Therefore, I kept buying albums all over the place from everyone, and started to be a crazy boy, haha.

Oh Alone With Everybody, you have such a special place in my heart... so many times these songs made feel so good and it still does...

Here is one album that I love so much that makes me want to declare myself endlessly! But Ok, I'll try to be less passionate and explain why this is such a marvelous album.
I can hear this album with my eyes closed and my heart open from the first second in the first song until the last one in the last track and make a beautiful journey inside my mind.
To some up, this whole album is a beautiful trip ( with no drugs, always say that ) that was made by this incredible english dud, that passed trough a such a tuff time in his life ( getting over the addition of drugs and profound depression ) and made these songs splashing just LOVE. How is it possible? Yeah... He is one of those people that have an AMAZING HEART!
No much more to say, and really wished this album and artist were better judged over here at BEA. But whatever.... This is an AMAZING Album in my life.

The mystic behind this 1985 masterpiece is overwelming, reaching the Top 10 spot on this list since it was created. A forever favorite band in my life, Dire Straist stands out as one of the more genuine and purifying forms to enjoy classic rock. And Brothers in Arms was their more complete and amazing work. Ending with one of the most beautiful songs that I´ve heard ( Brothers in Arms ) the album with the same title is for me, a must have in the playlist of life. Also, adding to that, So Far Away was actually the first ever song that I´ve listenned to from Dire Straits, when I was a young teenager, so that makes a emotional memory for me.

Favorite Tracks : So Far Away ( track 1 ) / Money For Nothing ( track 2 ) / Brothers in Arms ( track 9 ).

It's been awhile already that I've been building my top chart, inside my 40th's best and I can tell It's not being an easy job. It's difficult and It's gets harder and harder as I start to know other new great stuff.
But I could never leave this one out of here, my top 10. Green Day It's one of my biggest passions on music ever, and this album represent this meaning for me and for many many others.
American Idiot came in time that Green Day was a depressed band, including thinking stop working together, and this work changed everything. It's so sublime how there were able to overcome this moment with such a magnificent work. It's just the amazing Rock-Operas - Jesus of Suburbia and Homecoming - in this album that is great, It's the whole concept.
It's so energetic, perfectly combine and aggressive direct to the past government in US that made this album so HUGE. This one, and I am sure about it, changed the lives of a whole generation and continues to get more and more fans all over the world. Green Day is an AMAZING band - I know they're not the best musicians in the world and they can get very lame in their lyrics at times - but, this is a really modern Rock Masterpiece. I know that many others will agree with me.

Favorite Songs : Holiday ( track 3 ) / Boulevard of Broken Dreams ( track 4 ) / Letterbomb ( track 10 ) .

Muse is one of my favorite bands. And Absolution is their most complete and solid material ever. The reason why is because every track in this album is great! Their combine creativity and sensibility makes Muse one of the greatest bands active today. This album made Muse adults and was starting point for their worldwide fame. This also was the album that made me a huge fan.
Amazing pianos created by Bellamy. Strong and rock and roll. Smooth and light sometimes. Melodies beautiful. The adjectives go on and on.
Has to be on everyone's lists.

I will begin my description of this album mentioning what Pitchfork said in their review: "Kacey Musgrave's new album, Golden Hour goes down so smoothly that you may not even notice ".
This is one of the best surprises of the decade for sure. This is a beautiful, sweet and spiritual album. Her voice is soo good, delicious to listen and you can't just stop listening and fulfilling yourself with good energies. Maybe will be soon on my top ten, ad it's gonna be very hard to put three favorite songs.

Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)

This chart has a Bayesian average rating of 85.9/100, a mean average of 85.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 85.9/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 10.9.

A lovely (if a little corny at times) chart brimming with honesty and passion. Love the format and effort you've put into this, even if our own two tastes are very different. Would be nice to see a few more fringe genres coming through but otherwise this is a fantastic chart!! Great stuff!!
