I have a very diverse taste , so I included genres other than rock/pop in the list, music that has been of immense importance to me at various times in my life. There are some tried and true favorites, and some more obscure/underrated albums. Limited to 1 album per artist, so that there's room for the 21st century artists I love.

I know it's far from the most famous Dylan album, but if I had to pick only one, this would be it. Gives me goosebumps every time I listen.

Interesting and somewhat unusual chart, which I like. Many unusual selections — Gary Davis and Operation Ivy most especially, but even such choices as Candy Claws, Buddy Guy, the Beat, Theolonious Monk and Wynonie Harris are not that typical here.
Would be better with more notes, but still good.

This chart is fuckin awesome! Some really great stuff here and love the blues pciks and the other earthy, gritty album choices here. And any chart and music fan who loves Lucinda's Car Wheels On A Gravel Road is a good one.
