"Tracklist should stop at "Teas". The rest is Reissue bonus track material. Whatever. Great record, both naive and very clever, instantly appealing, Donovan's best from what I've heard." Reply
"More hit or miss than The Zombies' later pop masterpiece, Odessey and Oracle, their debut still has plenty of wonderful songs, including the breathy, infectious hit "She's Not There," the somber, ethereal "I Remember When I Loved Her," the great little rave-up "What More Can I Do," the catchy "I ..." "On this album, Lee Morgan begins the move beyond traditional hard bop, and has outstanding results. He is well supported by an all star ensemble including the incomparable Grant Green on guitar, Herbie Hancock on piano, and Wayne Shorter on sax. This is one of the all time great jazz statements." "Lovely album. Great cover. This cost me a fortune at a record fair in the Caird Hall, Dundee, but it was worth it." Reply
"One of the most underrated and overlooked albums of the sixties. John Sebastian was one of the best songwriters of the era and there are some excellent songs here,(although a bit inconsistent as a whole), especially the absolutely brilliant, summer in the city, one of the great songs of the time."
