"This is hard to rate because the guitars are fantastic but that's all there is. I don't mean it like it's not enough but occasionally it feels more like a talent show than an album to me. With that said, the guitar playing is inventive and original. The melodies are catchy on each song. There are..."  [+]  Reply

"After 8 months I still can't get enough of this album. I've held off on putting it in my top 10, but I think now it's going there. The album is beautifully melancholy while also being optimistic...the emotions that went into the songwriting on this album is as genuine as the guys in Keane. I've s..."  [+]  Reply

"Funnily enough, "Timeless" does feel like it's going on forever, but it is a remarkable record that still feels fresh and smooth. Must be some sort of magnum opus in the D&B genre."  Reply

"It makes me very sad that Thuramthugood is the only one to comment on this wonderful album. Unfortunately, he only has numbers to offer. And they simply don't say anything. This album is an experience from A to Z!"  Reply

"Hval tries a more "fun" album following the dark and mesmerising Menneskekollektivet. Though I'm cetainly partial to a bit of Hval, I've followed her for most of her discography, Classic Objects is one of the most listenable projects she's done, maybe even more so than Apocalypse Now and The Long..."  [+]  Reply

"I used to listen regularly to the Grateful Dead, and I especially liked both "Workingman's Dead" and "American Beauty", so it was natural to give the predecessor to these two 1970 albums,"Aoxomoxoa", a chance. I was soon obvious that "Aoxomoxoa" was much in the same vein as its two successors, bu..."  [+]  Reply

"Honestly, I really think this album surpasses Danzig in every way. It is so undeniably good. Danzig has a lot of tracks that can get old at times, but I could listen to this over and over. Highlights include 777, Her Black Wings, and Tired of Being alive for me. Worth a listen, maybe 9."  Reply

"Widely acclaimed as one of the best hip hop albums released, this record has influenced a huge number of hip hop artists since it's release in 1988 and set many trends, particularly the structure and patterns of Kool Keith's lyrics which have been unintentionally replicated (sometimes intentional..."  [+]  Reply

"Black Rebel Motorcycle Club started off playing hard rock influenced by British bands such as Led Zeppelin, but on this their third album the band show other sides of themselves, with several songs similar to those of the young Bob Dylan. The acoustic guitar is the most dominant instrument, which..."  [+]  Reply
