"Epic Viking Metal album. Very important for the genre. I hear dust of guitar sound that falls with violence from the Valhalla to the ground, surrounded by melody. Listen to it! It's like to read a Scandinavian epic/fantasy novel (a good one)" Reply

"Almost blue, is Elvis Costello's country covers album. It certainly fun to listen to, but it doesn't sound very authentic. It sounds like what it is, a bunch of English guys playing American country songs. Best of the bunch is, good year for the roses, a top ten U.K. hit in 1981. Other standouts ..." [+] Reply

"This may seem unfairly reductive, but Laura Marling is at her best when she conjures peak-era Joni Mitchell. She does that here with just a touch of punk attitude. Interestingly, it looks like this will be her lowest-rated album very soon. It's my favorite." Reply
