Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. One of the most underrated albums ever; A Secret Wish is simply a masterpiece. Highlights of the album are "The Murder Of Love", "Duel", "P-Machinery", and "Dr Mabuse".
Quality synth album from the early 80's that I still listen to today. Shame this was the only true studio album from this line-up as Claudia Brucken vocals take it to a higher level (the later 1,2,3,4 had a different vocalist and is just not the same). Sorry For Laughing (should have been a single), Duel and The Chase stand out from an album of strong tracks (although the first three are perhaps the weakest its all relative). Enjoy it!

A Secret Wish clanks and stomps with every futuristic pulse of it's Teutonic heartbeat, an album that manages to be both doomily romantic and Wagnerian (prime exponent being Dr Mabuse) - it also features a great cover of Josef K's 'Sorry for Laughing'.
