Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

Lol, so this guy is my friend and my first comment was just a joke obviously if you looked at my chart. So here's a real comment:
Sick chart, nice to see more diversity than initially. The Beatles and Zeppelin are truly 2 of the greatest ever, and it's no fault to have them saturate your favorites. It's a shame most of these comments will never get updated though.

Bravo, good mix of older classics/gems with some more modern rock, really appreciate the rap picks, hip hop doesn't get much love here sadly. mob deep, jedi mind trick, eminem, big L.. all great picks! I'd recommend run the jewels if you haven't already dipped into their discography

So few from the '80s. Do you dislike the decade's music, or do you love the others that much more? Nice inclusion of Green Day's Warning, under-rated album. Good list man.

The Beatles, Radiohead, and Led Zeppelin are my 3 favourite bands, and you've got lots of their albums on your chart. I was especially pleased that you included A Hard Day's Night and Help!, both of which are underrated Beatles albums.

Great list, but it's too full of Beatles, that's why I couldn't give a higher rank. I liked to see Foster how one between 3 albums from 10's.
