Fairly happy with this list. While trying not to pile on too many from any single artist. Kind of a "desert island" compilation. This looks like what I'd choose if someone said, pick 50 albums and throw the rest away.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. I like your chart, particularly your top 10. I'd probably agree that Axis is Hendrix' tightest and most cohesive album, but I think it lacks the tangential excitement of his more experimental works. It is nonetheless a worthy and pleasantly surprising #1.
With that said, I think our tastes differ ostensibly in the eras of music that we most enjoy. That's probably an age thing. I'm also going to be controversial and say that Cream deserve a maximum of one album on the list. Their studio work has never done it for me; seems to lack all the live energy for which they were revered. For that reason I'd include Wheels Of Fire, largely because of the second disc.
