First of all, kudos to you for a username celebrating Twin Peaks, which enjoyed a well-deserved resurgence this year. As for this chart, it's an excellent cross-section of all that was terrific about 2013's year in music. Some albums I'd like to single out for special praise are Night Time, My Time (which had no business being this good after being mostly ignored by Ferreira's own record label), Southeastern (a strong candidate for album of the year, if not the decade), Once I Was an Eagle (just a devastating breakup album), and Wakin on a Pretty Daze (a slow burner and a definite grower). Great stuff--I'd love to see what you choose for #89 through #100!
