Maybe not the perfect list, but for me this is the music that was and still is important part of mu life. Some of these albums I don't listen very much today, but they played important role in my teenage period. I hope you'll like it.

When I first heard it, before 6 or 7 years ago, I did not understand how can someone be attracted to this kind of sound. About a year after, I remember my friend asked who my favorite album is, and I said this one. Since then I’m trying to figure out what the hell happened in that one year and I still don’t have a clue.

The most complete rock album I ever listened to. I can’t imagine a better name for this album than "The Beatles", it covers their entire creation, from classic rock songs like Back in the USSR, to musical experimentation in Revolution 9. It represents music of the 60's better than any other. If you have time to listen to only one of their albums, this is it.

Neglected in favor of the album "Heroes" this is Bowie's best release in the Berlin trilogy and in my opinion his best album. The instrumentals are what goes under the skin and makes you chill.

One of those albums where it’s very difficult to pick out a few songs that are your favorites. In almost 50 years long discography, this is their most perfect album.

People say that if you have heard one of their album it's like you've heard them all. But they don’t say that almost every one of these albums is as good as everyone else in their discography. No musical experimentation, no mixture of genres, no excessive philosophy in lyrics, just pure simple hard rock 'n roll. After Led Zeppelin definitely my favorite rock band.

It has incredible beauty. Somehow you realize that the essence of beautiful music is not only in harmony of sound and tender lyrics, but it can also be with unusual way of playing and singing. So uncommon for the time it appear. No wonder people didn’t like it.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. Good to see Led Zeppelin on top. I do also appreciate the presence of rarities like Kraftwerk and Rammstein. A extended list to 100 would be interresting.

Kao prvo, hvala puno za komentar. U pravu si, da ovde nema puno "ex-YU" usera, a mislim da nijedan aktivan osim mene. Možda sam i zato hteo, da napravim ovu listu - mnogo ovih albuma nije bilo ni na sajtu.
Verovatno neće biti mnogo ljudi ovde koje će moja lista interesirati, a u pravu si, da i oni koji će slušati neki album, neće moći da ga potpuno razume. Ali svejedno - i za sebe teško kažem, da jih razumem u potpunosti - ovi albumi ipak pripadajo nekom drugom razdoblju i kraju od ovog u kojem ja živim (ipak sam se rodio tek 1991.). A utoliko više to mogu reći kad prićamo o nekih stranih albumih, gde mi je kulturni kontekst i manje poznat.
Što je meni najvažnije, mislim da si ovi bendovi i izvođaći zaslužuju neko mesto na ovakvom sajtu. Ako se nađe netko, koji će pronaći možda neki novi album za sebe (a ima jih već nekoliko ovakvih), toliko bolje.
Što se tiće muzike nakon raspada (90a i dalje), ne poznajem puno (jedan od razloga, da je ova lista samo do 91.), i zato stvarno puno hvala na predlozima. Od ovih sam slušao samo Obojeni Program, ali ne ovaj album. Pokušat ću da u narednih nekoliko meseci slušam novije stvari (javit ću se ti za predloze ;) ) pa da napravim možda i listo "novijih YU albuma".
P.S. Hvala na prevodima na kraju, moram da napravim jedan update i da ispravim komentare.

Such a great chart! Very personal, with many classics. I just think Bowie's Low doesn't deserve this place, but as you mentioned it, you've choosed to classify the albums that had a role in your life, which is, with such a good work, very honourable :)
