A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. Love your love of the Canadian music and the Kinks. A little greater variety of artists and it would be hard to knock at all.

Very good. I like your older choices here better than the newer ones, but still pretty good. Especially Joni Mitchell. I got Summer Lawns and Court and Spark in my top 100 too.
