The clash did a great version of the title track, but this one is better. I remember first hearing reggae on John Peel's show. This album is a direct result of his show.

John Peel is responsible for any reggae albums in my collection. Every show had at least one or two reggae track. At first I used to be annoyed by them, but so many of them seeped into my consciousness and remained there as favourites.

I was lucky enough to see Toots perform many of these songs in the Windsor Suite, Blackburn. This a small venue and it was free!

Great pre-punk, alternative chart!
Missing a lot of the clasical 60´s artists(Beatles etc...)
It has became pretty personal and I love it the way it is!

Extra marks for The Saints being in there. Some brilliant choices in here and some I really need to listen to.
