Still solo and acoustic, recorded quickly, but a clear break away for his protest-singer persona. Dylan was then at the vanguard of what could be achieved within the context of a song's lyrics. So many classics from one mind still boggles mine.

Wow. 51 albums in common. Great number one. When I went through a spell of depression I played the White Album constantly and it helped me. It was my favourite Beatles album for a long time. Then my favourite was Revolver for years. In the last year Sgt Pepper has become my favourite. I play it all the time. Plenty of other great albums and a few to discover especially Donovan. I am a fellow Scotsman and only know his singles. Now I want to hear his albums. It would be good to see more French music of the 60s apart from Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. But I suppose you are limited for space.
