"This is brilliant, think they might even have improved on Attack on Memory. Sounds more cohesive, the singer isn't as grating as he could get on that album, the songs are all melodic and accessible while maintaining a pretty raw sound. Pattern Walks is my favourite track here, with its You Made M..."  [+]  Reply

"Real Estate are the quintessential heartland rock band for the twentieth century, and I mean that mostly as praise. They play meticulously crafted, reverb-heavy jangle pop that makes for an ideal backdrop to a long drive across the plains, or a lazy Sunday lawnchair afternoon before a football ga..."  [+]  Reply

"We all know they have their formula, but it's a fun one. Their recent albums haven't really had much staying power, but it's tough not to appreciate the immediacy of them. Case in point is the song "Congregation", full of hooks that you only have to hear once to be humming all day. So while it pr..."  [+]  Reply

"perhaps the greatest mixtape of alltime, dont sleep on this because it is mac miller. incredibly introspective and insightful look at growing up, drug use and the impact of fame, but not cartoonish in the way a record like atrocity exhibition is. really give this a good listen, incredibly underated."  Reply

"When I first heard this album wasn't as abrasive as Midcity, I was disappointed. Midcity's harshness is what made it stand out. However, upon hearing CLPPNG for the first time I realized clipping has a lot more up their sleeves than I had originally thought. I've listened to this album many times..."  [+]  Reply

"This is completely unjust, a 69? Are you serious? This album wasn't AMAAZING, but it should have at the very least low to mid 70s. Honestly Hozier shows his artistic variety from the soulful guitars of "Jackie and Wilson" to the grandioise drums, pianos, and guitars of "Take me to church." But th..."  [+]  Reply

""It's cool hearing the topics discussed by someone who is actually transgender, but keep in mind the Replacements released Androgynous 30 years ago." Believe it or not, "Androgynous" is about androgyny not transgender. It's literally about how gender doesn't (or shouldn't) define how people dress..."  [+]  Reply
