"This is a really good album that you fall asleep but in a good way. You don't need to pay attention to it but if you do, it's rewarding in its own unique experience. Diverse yet cohesive. "I’m giving this a 75 but it’s probably closer to a 77 or 78. This album has held up really well. It’s a fun, well-written, pop record with an edge. It’s hard not to nod along to these tracks with a smile on your face. This is TBS at their best." Reply
"I'll compare it to In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. It's probably an album that would have a love/hate relationship with it's listeners, if it were more known about. Fortunately I'm on the love side. This is brilliant." Reply

It's predominately an acoustic LP but this time Rice adds electric instruments on some tracks and the album has a more challenging sound to it. Some great songs here ..." [+] Reply
"Forget about all the new fans that enjoy the silly new album and take advice from a longtime fan, this is their best album. Attack and Release is their 2nd best. Some great hard rock/blues guitar playing and solid singing going on here. This is some real garage rock!" Reply
"His voice reminds me of how Billie Holiday's sounded on her final album. You can tell that he knew the end was near a very emotional album." Reply
