"My favourite Against Me! album. I think this album strikes a good balance between angsty punk rock (Turn Those Clapping Hands Into Angry Balled Fists) and slower acoustic songs that you wouldn't expect to find on a punk record (Sink, Florida Sink)." Reply

"After listening to this album, it is a vast, atmospheric album that is both somber but also beautiful in design. Recommend it to fans of albums like Harmony in Ultraviotet or Virgins from Tim Hecker or Birth of a New Day from 2814." Reply
"Great debut with plenty of big hits on it. This is fun and catchy rock and roll that doesn't require a lot of thought to be able to enjoy. CC Deville's guitar playing sets the tone. Talk Dirty To Me sounds like it could be a New York Dolls song." Reply
