Interesting versions of well known tracks. As said previously, probably only For completists so right up my street

A pretty good compilation for the absolute R.E.M purist . "In The Attic" was released in 1997 despite the cover stating "Limited Edition 1998 " and contains excellent alternative track versions . Of particular note is the rare 'Just a Touch' recorded live in the studio .
Unfortunately 'Gardening at Night ' (Different Vocal Mix ) , 'Cant Get There From Here (Radio Edit ) ' , 'Crazy' and 'Toys In The Attic' can all be found on the previous compilations Eponymous/ Singles Collected & Dead Letter Office.
As I said this release is only for the R.E.M completionist
