Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album is rated in the top 3% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 77.2/100, a mean average of 76.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 77.3/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.9.

Better than any daft punk album, not that they're bad but this is just better

If you accept this is a party album, it is excellent. If you are looking for something more, you will in all likelihood be disappointed.

It's awesome! I find myself listening to this more than any Daft Punk album.

Great record. Will never understand the hate this one gets. Despit being 10 years old, it sounds like it could have come out yesterday. Impressive variety of synths and layering. At it's best (see Phantom Pt. II, Stress), it might be as good as material off Discovery.

Favourite Tracks: Genesis, Let There Be Light, D.A.N.C.E, Phantom Pt. II, Valentine, Dvno, Stress

At its best cross gives some enjoyable beats but at it's worst and majority it sounds like a crashing computer program.

A breath of fresh air in a community of untrained ears calling themselves producers DJ's, and dance tracks that do not change chords once. Justice understands harmony, and isn't changing chords in any sort of grid. Good job
