It was 3 years following the release of "Faster Than The Speed Of Night" which featured "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" that this album became Tyler's next release. This album featured "Holding Out For A Hero" but Tyler's star had begun to fade by that time. Her scratchy vocals are still mesmerizing, though.

Nothing could compare to the success of the previous "I Believe In A Thing called Love" that toed the line between appreciation and parody of glam rock. This album demonstrates how bad glam rock can be.
