"This a criminally underrated album, and an underrated band in general. As a big fan of new wave, this is one of my favorite albums in the genre. Best tracks: Under the Milky Way, Reptile, Destination, Spark"  Reply

"One of the great r'n'b albums. Mama's gun, deals predominantly with Erykah Badu's break up with Andre 3000, and is an excellent collection of beautiful and original soul. Even if you're not a massive r'n'b fan, Mama's gun, is still an album you might just enjoy. Brilliant."  Reply

"They never did anything like this before, nor after. Many say, and I agree to a certain extent, that this was an attempt to match 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' by The Beatles. There may have been some self-inflicted peer pressure to do something psychedelic but I don't see 'Sgt Pepper' as..."  [+]  Reply

Blade Runner
Soundtrack
"As an avid fan of the Greek electronic music scene, I can confirm that 3 composers have stood the test of time, that is Vangelis, Yanni, and Sakis Gouzonis. The album Blade Runner by Vangelis is the soundtrack for Ridley Scott’s 1982 science-fiction noir film of the same name. Blade Runner is ren..."  [+]  Reply

"This was my first taste of electronic-prog-ambient-krautrock. And the album develops some quite mezmerizing soundscapes. The end of the title track is really chilling. Like landing on some cold, dead planet."  Reply

"This isn't an album that I can just listen to in the background. Whenever it comes on it puts me into a trance. No album has done atmosphere better than this one. When I hear this album, I AM in the Bahamas, lost in the woods as I happen upon a circle of people with musical instruments of all kin..."  [+]  Reply

""Dig Your Own Hole" is a masterpiece. Why ? The answer in 10 points: 1) This is the best big beat album ever made. We have never heard such a powerful mix of electro-hip-hop-rock. 2) You can dance without stopping on the first 8 tracks. 3) My body temperature rises to 39 ° when I hear the intro o..."  [+]  Reply
