An excellent debut. Lacking the smash hits of their later albums, but an extremely consistent album with some great guitar riffs. I discovered a few little gems here I never knew about - like Floaty, Alone+Easy Target, Good Grief. My favourite track is I'll Stick Around.
I love all Foo Fighters albums, but this one is in my opinion the most cohesive, consistent and fun of them all!
Definitely deserves to be included in the book "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die".

Decent debut but I prefer some of their later albums.
Not much of a show of the mainstream success that would come later, but all the better for it. Varied and interesting, each song feels like it received the performance it asked for. They're not all great but there's some gems that shine in a different light to the more well-known Foo output.

Actually prefer this album to their later mainstream, big sound albums. It’s raw and pent-up and is full of great tunes.

Not the greatest of all time but a really good album nonetheless. Not their personal best either but a strong debut in my opinion.
