It's just not landing for me - perhaps too much going on in the songs and my attention is pulled all over and leaves me unable to find the melodies and intricacies...
On a re-listen it is the final track that is most like that and the others are better than I recall and not as .... confusing? Grating? I don't know

Solid follow-up to what was easily the best album of 2009. This is Animal Collective on-top of their game with some ridiculously acid drenched melodies and catchy hooks. I still can't believe how good a song "What Would I Want? Sky" is, seriously it's freakin addictive

This album really sounds like an extension of "merriweather post pavilion", and that's the best compliment I think I can attribute to this EP. "what would I want? sky" is as good as any of the best stuff from MPP. "graze" borrows from its song structure starting atmospheric and mesmerizing until kicking in the party mix at the halfway point.
