In 1976 Swedish folk singer John Holm found himself partying hard in Stockholm's nightclubs, while at the same time aging. That is what this great Swedish album is about, both in music and lyrics. Still good if you don't know Swedsih, the production is great.

Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)

sorry but i just did an arithmetic mean (from 29 albums i've listen to). there's a lot of albums i've rated above 50 in your chart (If You're Feeling Sinister, Pet Sounds, Trans-Europe Express, Dummy, In The Aeroplane Over The Sea, Screamadelica) and i consider many others as average (London calling, Revolver, Illmatic, Parklife...). at least we agree on 2 albums (Pavement + The smiths).
