Back in the days when I used to get RipItUp magazine, occasionally they'd come with a sampler CD. Being an NZ mag, about a third of it would contain NZ bands and artists. Greg Johnson was on a couple of the ones I have and I didn't mind what I heard. Hence why I got this. He has a melodic, breezy, pleasantness to his music. Sort of Coldplay-ish but in no way like Coldplay. If that makes sense. Jolly good. 03/25
