For somebody who tanked my chart, we actually have a lot in common. The Beatles, Vampire Weekend, Bob Dylan, and other of my favorite artists, highly represented. Not what I expected

There are elements of stereotyping about this chart, and the only mildly surprising thing on it are some of the 1950s jazz albums – should check out I myself feel but never have the time – and some of the most recent albums on the list. Perhaps the Pretenders’ second and Joe Jackson are mild surprises but nothing more.

I will not sent the number of really good albums on the list is large. However, at the same time there are groups I have gone off with age like Prefab Sprout, and people like Jeff Buckley or Everything But The Girl whose appeal I have never understood.
