"This sounds like classic rock from tom petty & the heartbreakers, a classic rock band uncoincidentally enough. Of course, there is no song comparible to the best in his catalogue, but this is still a solid rockin' effort. What more can you ask of Tom Petty and gang at this point?"  Reply

"Ryan Adams has returned with an immaculately-produced, strategically-calculated rock album that hits all of the right notes and comes with all of the effectively-timed hooks. As a result, he has delivered his best album since Jacksonville City Nights. However, what the content editor giveth he al..."  [+]  Reply

"Fantastic collection of new songs from a band who continue to develop and improve their sound. These tracks are growers as you would expect. Only their masterful debut album tops this. Surely more widespread acclaim and success now awaits."  Reply

"Linkin Park are back to the old roots now! Hooray! Though I still did like some of their electronic rock music. This is definitely their strongest point. Pretty good album and quite frankly I think it's their best since Meteora. Good work Linkin Park!"  Reply

"A million leagues better than the initial singles would've led me to believe, Sucker is actually a lot of fun, as some very clever touches and the overall nineties vibe (particulary the power-pop, mallpunk and even some distant R&B and Riot Grrl influences) are quite bewitching, even if overall i..."  [+]  Reply

"Probably does not sustain the energy of Wrecking Ball (let alone his legendary much earlier work) but.... still has its moments. The re-version of Tom Joad is worth the time. So is some of the rest of this."  Reply

"If you're looking for some straightforward hard hitting hip hop, this may not be the thing for you. Dreamy, passionate, seductive at some points, inconsistend but diversified and yet surpisingly melodic"  Reply
