"I would like to inform all of you of a key fact, that apparently everyone is missing. Not only is The Final Cut far and away the best album in Pink Floyd's discography, it is one of the greatest albums of all time. Waters digs into the past, revealing the scars in his country and civilization, st..." [+] Reply

"Fully formed “debut” this is one of my favorite albums Bob Marley was associated with. The Wailers include Bunny Wailer & Peter Tosh here and their contributions pack a big punch. Perhaps it didn’t have songs as great as on the next album Burnin’ but this album flows together quite well. Concrete..." [+] Reply

"'Scott 4', by far Scott Walker's best album, maintained the Brel influence of his previous three, but now the material (a decadent mileu of prostitutes, gansters and misfits) and his operatic vocal style, was all his own. Whereas the arrangements on his previous albums were influenced by Bacharac..." [+] Reply

"Cohen returns with a gem. The first four tracks are pure perfection. This adds to his canon as much as his first three albums do. Don't dismiss Cohen as simply a 60s songwriter. His later work has nuggets of perfection as well." Reply

"this is better than the blueprint, sorry. at its heights his flow and wit on here is only outclassed in Illmatic. b4 kendrick lamar came along this was in my top 5 rap albums of all time and still might be. I need to spend more time with MBDTF though too... but it used to be this, illmatic, 36 ch..." [+] Reply

"A really good album. I don't like R&B usually but this is punctuated with funky grooves and great sounds. Love it. It begs to be listened to closely from start to finish. People who compare this to only Kendrick and Chance need to expand their musical references beyond the last five years, I think." Reply

"This anticipates everything the Foos ever did and it gets bonus points for being the first album. At that time, no one ever thought we would hear anything more about or from Dave Grohl. The first three tracks are still unbeaten by anything they ever did in all the years later." Reply

"I actually think, chairs missing, is a better record than, pink flag. It really sounds more fully formed than the previous record. Don't get me wrong, I love, pink flag, but this one has more focus and better songs. Genius stuff." Reply

"Live at Leeds, is quite rightly regarded as one of the great live albums. It's The Who at the top of their game, when all four members were at the peak of their powers, Moon, at his powerhouse best, Entwistle, totally on it as a stunning bass player, Townshend, finally showing his potential as a ..." "Are there any other country albums that gives atmosphere like this? Because this is incredible. I thought 12 Country Greats by Ween would be my favorite country album. But half way in this and this is taking the crown. Might be my AOTY. As well as getting a 100 from me. After finishing this, this..." [+] Reply
