Wow, where to start with this one. Hospice is maybe the best Concept album that I have heard. The album tells a story about a hospice worker and his relationship with one of his patients who has terminal bone cancer.
This album will take you to a emotional journey that has the power to emotionally destroy you. Maybe it's also the saddest album I have ever heard (!! SAD NOT DEPRESSING !!)
