And I forgot, Radiohead's TKOL is much better that it is ranked by default...still it is the best 2011 release. It's not that good for Radiohead's standards, but still a very good album.

I guess I have to do my top '10 list, but I don't have the required rank :(
Except for that, you lack some essential '10 albums such as:
The National - High Violet - in my oppinion, the best album from this decade
Titus Andronicus - The Monitor, one very good album, I didn't find it in your list, correct me if I'm wrong
Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
The Walkmen - Lisbon
Bon Iver - Bon Iver, Bon Iver
Tom Waits - Bad As Me
