I'm excluding stuff that falls under the brighter half of Post-Punk, and stuff that borders on New Wave.

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. After reflection, I'd personally much prefer this to be a "pure" punk chart. Let me explain. A good half (and probably more) of this chart consists of classics. By mixing post-punk, new wave, alternative, goth, or any other things that are somewhat related to punk but not punk per se, with the actual punk albums, you open the door to many other classics, but lose the opportunity to fill the chart with obscure gems. I'm sure you know plenty of forgotten amazing punk records, but the fact that you allow so many genres onto a single chart makes you unable to make them justice. And obviously this is also true for the aforementioned non-punk genre represented; by allowing them a whole chart, you'd free some spots for underrated records.
Well that's just what I think; filling custom charts with classics kinda defeats the purpose to me, and although this one obviously has its good share of interesting finds, I can't help but think its potential could be improved by specializing it more.
Just so I don't sound too much like an asshole, though, the records on here which I've listened to are for the most part dope, and everything I need to check will undoubtedly be too. So yeah, this is a fantastic chart.

At first I was like "this is going to be a very boring, generic punk chart with everything from the same decade" but it's quite diverse yet still remaining true to punk. Kudos.

Not sure about Nirvana and Dinosaur Jr. being joined in the lot, and I don't see what everybody else sees in Let It Be. Other than that, all good.
